Detroit is a Delta town, and Delta happens to run the Atlanta bridge to St. Croix: DTW to ATL every hour or so, then the nonstop onward — Saturdays through the fall, and daily except Mondays beginning December 19, 2026. One connection, about eight hours door to door, and a January high that jumps from around 33°F to about 83°F.
Michigan understands lake life better than almost anywhere — which makes the East End of St. Croix an easy translation.
