This site presents information about the villa and the island to help you plan a stay. It is marketing and reference material, not an offer or a contract. A booking is made separately through Sterling Point Real Estate’s reservation system, and that reservation — including rates, availability, deposits, cancellation, house rules and payment — is governed by the terms you agree to at the time of booking, not by this page.
Use of the site
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach its security, no scraping or automated harvesting, no copying our content for republication, and nothing unlawful.

The Cerulean is an independent villa rental and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them; those names are used only to describe services or destinations.
